Before You Book

Our team are now mainly self-employed with their own booking systems.

You can book NAF! Educators & our latest residents through the NAF! Salon Fresha and you will need to book with Residents directly. All diaries are usually opened around 1-2 months in advance and we’ll post links and reminders on our socials. Email appointments@nafsalon.com if you have a special request for an advance or group booking and our reception team will do what they can to accommodate you.

NAF! Salon’s Deposit, Cancellation & Lateness Policy is as follows:

DEPOSITS:

  • A 30% deposit will be taken at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until this deposit is paid. All deposits are non-refundable

  • If we have to cancel your appointment (e.g. due to staff sickness) and we aren’t able to find a suitable date/time to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be refunded

  • Deposits are transferrable only if you reschedule to another date at the time of cancellation, otherwise you will lose your deposit - unless the above rule applies

  • You can reschedule or cancel your appointment online up to 24 hours before your appointment time via our online booking system, Fresha

CANCELLATIONS/MISSED APPOINTMENTS:

  • If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment without rescheduling, you will forfeit your deposit

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance

  • If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee

  • If you request to cancel your appointment after the service time has begun, you will be charged the full appointment fee

  • No-shows with no contact will be charged full appointment fee and your next appointment must then be paid upfront and in full

LATENESS/SERVICE AMENDMENTS:

  • If you are running a little late to your appointment, your service may need to be amended to fit within the allotted time (e.g. If booked in for nail art, you may only be able to get a one colour). In this case, you will still be charged the full appointment fee for the service that was originally booked

  • If you are running late and there is not enough time remaining to carry out your service, and if your chosen service cannot be shortened, you will forfeit your appointment and be charged the full appointment fee

  • If you are running considerably late and can no longer attend your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee

  • If you are running over 15 minutes late with no attempt to contact the salon, this will be classed as a missed appointment and you will forfeit your appointment and be charged the full appointment fee

  • If you amend your service on the day of your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee for the service that was originally booked. (e.g. If you are booked in for detailed nail art but decide to get a one colour instead, you will still be charged for the detailed nail art service as the time has been allotted to you). We generally do not remove or rebalance product from other salons.
If removal is essential, a £5 charge per 15 minutes over the pre-booked appointment time will apply.

  • You can contact us by email or phone, but the best way to change your appointment is through our booking app or by contacting your beauty pro directly.

    *If you amend your service on the day of your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee for the service that was originally booked. (e.g. If you are booked in for detailed nail art but change your mind on the day and only want a one colour, you will still be charged for the detailed nail art service as the time has been allotted to you). If you are ever unsure of what service to book in for, please do get in touch and we’d be more than happy to help!

  • Please book a removal if you already have existing product on your nails, turning up with nail polish on is fine, but anything more will take time away from your appointment. Most beauty pros won’t remove Acrylic or Hard Gel applied by other salons so plase check with your tech.

  • Tinting and Lash Lifts require a patch test at least 24 hours before your first appointment with us. We cannot carry out a lash lift if you are pregnant. If you do not attend for a patch test at least 24 hours before your appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled as the treatment cannot be carried out.

  • All online bookings require a 30% deposit, this will be deducted from your final appointment price. Please contact your beauty pro for more information or see above for NAF! Salon’s Policy

  • NAF! Salon Vouchers purchased before April 2023 will only be valid until the 1st of October 2023, this is due to the business switching to a self-employed model.

  • For insurance purposes, we do not apply Acrylic Extensions to anyone under the age of 16 or Gel Polish to anyone under the age of 14.

    Each beauty pro may have their own individual age restrictions.
