Being self-employed doesn’t have to mean working alone. Renting a space at NAF! gives you the freedom to run your own business with the bonus of being part of a supportive, social team. It’s a space that’s as much about community as it is about clients.

Conveniently located in Glasgow City Centre and just a short walk from Charing Cross station, we offer a unique and innovative space to rent a chair or room for your beauty or wellness business. Our gorgeous Victorian townhouse is bright and airy with beautiful original features.

Are we the right fit for you?

We are currently able to support nail technicians with client exposure through our existing client base.For other beauty and wellness businesses, our chair and room rentals work best for those who already have an active client base and are looking for a welcoming, community-led space in Glasgow’s city centre.

House of NAF! are not responsible for providing clients or attendees for any services, events, workshops or masterclasses hosted in our space, but we will help you as much as we can!

This is when our community team covers the front desk and when non-keyholder residents can work. If you have a keyholder contract you can work outwith these hours.

Salon Chair Rental

There are two shared salon spaces available, each with their own character. Our stunning, east-facing salons gets beautiful light all day long thanks to their gorgeous floor to ceiling windows.

The nail salon on the ground floor is perfect for nail techs, complete with hand washing facilities, individual storage and a custom-built pedicure station, while our bright first-floor salon room is ideal for brow, lash, makeup or nail artists.

  • ✶ From £50 per day
    ✶ Set weekly rate to keep your chair or room secured
    ✶ 10 rent-free days per year (for full-time residents, pro rata for part-time - excludes Keyholders)

    You’ll be asked to complete a trade test before starting.

    Keyholders: You can request your own set of keys by waiving your rent-free days. This gives you flexible access to the salon, which is perfect if you’d like to see clients outside our usual opening hours. Please note that a key charge, deposit or replacement fee may apply.

  • You can choose either of these options, depending on availability:

The Den

This cosy private room is perfect for one practitioner and one client at a time. It can also be shared, so if you only need a few days per week we can pair you with another resident to make the most of the space.

The Den sits just off the first-floor salon and is bright, east-facing room filled with natural light from its beautiful floor to ceiling window. It has a private door and a connecting pocket door to the main salon, so you can keep things open and social or close it off for extra privacy during treatments or 1:1 sessions.

The Snug

Nestled on the top floor of our gorgeous townhouse, The Snug provides privacy and tranquility, allowing your clients and guests to relax and unwind during their visit.

Whether you provide facials, holistic therapies or beauty treatments, this space is a versatile blank canvas. It’s warm, cosy and perfect for 1-1’s.

The Loft / Classroom

The Loft is a cosy top-floor space with plenty of character, featuring a beautiful fireplace mantle, built-in storage and soft natural light from its original window.

Currently used as a classroom, this room also doubles as a great space to host nail workshops and masterclasses.

  • This room has capacity to fit around 2-3 clients comfortably for treatments or 6 students.

The Suite

The Suite is a spacious, west-facing salon room on the ground floor — right next to reception and the waiting area. It’s bright, welcoming and perfectly placed for easy client access, making it ideal for beauty or wellness professionals who love being in the heart of the salon buzz.

The Studio

A private top-floor oasis, this generously sized room is completely customisable.

Whether you’re looking to host a serene yoga or pilates class, or engage in a lively creative workshop, this room provides the perfect setting for your activities.
