Please note: All previous “NAF! Salon” specific Fresha vouchers can only be used with Educators or New Starts (not with Residents) and cannot be extended past their 6 month expiry date.

  • Before you can use your gift card, you'll need to claim it to your Fresha account.

    1. Open the email you received with your gift card.

    2. Click “Claim Gift Card” – this will add it to your Fresha Wallet.

    3. Book your appointment with an eligible provider via Fresha.

    4. At checkout, the gift card will be available to apply automatically.
      Or, click “Add gift card” and enter the 16-digit code manually.

    Please note: Fresha vouchers cannot currently be used for Jack Baxter or any of the hair team.

  • No. Fresha gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.
