Pre-Course Form

No, you will be working on your own hands and/or practice hands.

You must attend all courses except e-file with bare nails. This is a requirement from TGB to pass the course.

If you are attending the E-file course you are required to have BIAB, Hard Gel or Acrylic on your nails. We do not allow models, so please don’t bring any friends along, just yourself!

Yes, practical work will be carried out on yourself or practice hands.

Depending on time and class numbers, you may be offered the opportunity to practice on other students, which you can opt-out of.

If you have ordered a kit via TGB Academy, your kit will be delivered to NAF! School ready for you to use upon arrival to your course.

We will not release kits unless students have completed the course and received their certificate.

TGB Academy course bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

However, we may be able to reschedule students onto new course dates in extenuating circumstances where sufficient notice is provided.

There will be a lunch break. You can bring your own packed lunch or head to one of the local shops or cafes we have nearby.

There’s a Tesco, Greggs, and Caffè Nero all within a 5–10 minute walk, and lots of Deliveroo options if you’d prefer to order in.

If you're attending both BIAB and E-File on the same day, we’d suggest bringing lunch with you just in case the BIAB class runs slightly over and your break is shortened (around 30 minutes). We have fridges on-site, so you’re welcome to store your lunch during the day.

We have no set dress code! We recommend wearing something you're comfortable in and is safe to work with the various nail products in.

For those with long hair, we recommend bringing a hair bobble/hair band so your hair is kept safe! You may be asked to wear a mask and gloves which will be provided by us, however this is not mandatory.

Yes, please take the time to thoroughly read through the Health and Safety manual prior to attending your course so we have plenty of time for practical learning. You will be assessed on its content over the duration of your course.

We are located in an old Victorian townhouse with stairs both at the entrance and inside the building, making us inaccessible for wheelchair users. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

While we've made efforts to improve and continue to strive for enhanced accessibility, significant changes to the building are not feasible, and our current facilities may not meet all needs.

Please be aware that the Classroom is situated on the top floor of our building.
